Installation Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the WECO TS-100 elevator door sensor.

Step 1: Preparation

Before beginning installation, ensure you have the following tools:

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Measuring tape
• Level
• Drill with 6mm bit
• Wire strippers

Step 2: Mount the Sensor

1. Position the sensor bracket at the top center of the elevator door frame
2. Use the level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal
3. Mark the mounting holes with a pencil
4. Drill pilot holes at the marked positions
5. Secure the bracket using the provided screws

Step 3: Connect the Wiring

Connection diagram:

Wire Color	Connection
Red	24V DC Power
Black	Ground
Yellow	RS-485 A
Green	RS-485 B

Step 4: Configure Settings

Access the configuration menu through the sensor web interface.

Step 5: Test Operation

1. Close the elevator door
2. Wave your hand in the doorway
3. Verify sensor LED indicators
4. Run 20 complete door cycles

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Door does not reverse	Check power connection
False triggers	Reduce sensitivity
No LED indicator	Verify 24V DC power supply
